*It is important that you handle your product with proper care, when you use or store your product. Your full coverage plan will not cover product abuse, physical damage, “burn-in”, or external substance (water, sand, etc.) damage. The extended service plan will not cover wear or cosmetic damage. The consumable items (lamps, batteries, etc.) are not covered by your extended service plan.
**For any purchase before January 1st, 2010, here are the minimum requirements:
With a credit under $49.99, the required minimum purchase is $200.
With a credit higher than $49.99, the required minimum purchase is $400.
Any purchase made on or after January 1st, 2010, your total credit cannot be more than 50% of the total invoice value before tax. The credit can only be used for one invoice. You can only apply one credit to a single invoice.
To clarify the previous policy, please check the original invoice for your purchase. The information is available on both, the reverse and front side of the original invoice for your purchase.
***A minimum purchase is required. Rebate credit is only available from regular or sale purchased merchandise. No other offer can be combined with these rebates.

Due to high volumes of rebate requests during holiday seasons and despite an increase in staff support, the process of your rebate may take a maximum of 30 days. At the same time, we will attempt to quickly process your rebate. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Note: The extended service plan has to be expired for a minimum of 30 days (ensuring no claim against the warranty is made), before submitting a form. If you submitted a request prior to your plan expiring, a new request will have to be submitted after your plan has expired for at least 30 days. The rebate credit expires 365 days after your plan’s expiration date.
